We are currently seeking muliple order pickers to join our clients growing team in Swindon. The ideal candidate will have a knowledge of Warehouse operations and experience with materials handling and heavy lifting is beneficial.
You will be working for a worldwide, high street brand, picking goods for store deliveries. This is a fast paced picking role which involves working to pick targets hourly.
This is a fantastic position, which is offering an immediate start on an ongoing basis and can lead to a permanent position after a successful trial period!
This role is paying £14.27 per hour!

Shifts available for the Warehouse Operative Role:
Any 5 days out of 7
05.00 / 06.00 am starts
Optional overtime throughout the week
Overtime rates in place, paying up to £21.40 per hour
Responsibilities:
To complete all given work tasks in scheduled time base
Working towards hourly and daily pick targets - training is provided
Use of a Low level order picker (training provided)
Use of a voice activated headset and picking system
Wrapping pallets safely
To ensure that all Health and Safety rules and procedures are always adhered to ensure a safe working environment for all employees and visitors
Report any issues or quality problems to your supervisor or line manager
Display excellent levels of teamwork and co-operation when working with colleagues in other departments / other areas of production
To ensure that workplace and equipment is cleaned every day
