Position: Assistant Store Manager Location: North London (on-site) Package: £60 to 65k This role involves leading a warehouse team, driving operational efficiency and exceptional customer service. Working closely with the Branch Manager, you'll help achieve KPIs and contribute to the branch's success. The role involves: Overseeing daily warehouse operations. Ensuring efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction. Leading a team of 25+ staff. Working closely with the Stock and Health & Safety teams for accurate stock control and compliance. Optimizing space, streamlining processes, and improving the customer experience. Supporting the Branch Manager in achieving performance targets, monitoring staff performance, providing training, and fostering a positive work environment. The candidate should have: Proven experience in warehouse or retail management, preferably in the trade or construction materials industry. Strong leadership skills, with experience managing teams of 20+ people, and be detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment, along with a successful track record of improving order and efficiency in growing teams and businesses. #J-18808-Ljbffr
