Position Warehouse & Despatch Operative

Job Function Warehouse duties including Picking/Packing/Sales counter & Goods receiving duties and team Support to the Company.

Place of work Segensworth East, Fareham.

Hours 40hours per week. Monday to Friday 8am - 4.30 pm ½ hour Lunch

Training provided in-house.

Uniform provided by the Company.

Safety footwear Required Steel cap footwear. (not provided)

Duties will include: -

· Picking of Customer Sales orders.

· Packing of Customer Sales orders.

· General Warehouse housekeeping.

· Sales Counter, customer service.

· Goods In and Goods receiving.

· Calibration of Pressure Gauges

· Safety Valve testing and setting.

· Carrier web-based logistics entry & booking.

· Manual Handling & Hazardous goods packing.

Experience expected keyboard skills, common sense, good commutation skills, good manners, polite and smart, a good team player, well-groomed with a professional and focused outlook. Knowledge of logistics and carrier services. Packing skills. Manual Handling. Maybe engineering knowledge. Fork truck experience or operative?
